You start with 50,000 sends for $59 a month. Each bucket then adds volume for the difference to the next total: 125,000 sends for $94, 250,000 for $139, 500,000 for $199, 1 million for $319, 2 million for $539 and 5 million for $1,099. No bucket costs more per email than the one before it. Above 5 million sends a month, sales sets up a Scale contract: an annual commitment on your monthly volume, with a price per 1,000 sends that keeps dropping as you grow.

As soon as you go past your plan during the month, we charge the whole next bucket right away, whatever the day of the month, and sending carries on; past that one, the next bucket follows, and so on. Prefer a hard limit? Turn top-ups off and sending pauses at your limit until the next billing period, or until you unlock more.

Every email sent through Swarmhit counts, including warmup emails you send yourself: each message the engine hands to a mailbox provider is one send. Emails from the optional warmup pool do not count. A retry after a failed handoff is not counted twice. Replies you receive are free.

Yes, for mailboxes you buy through Swarmhit: order a domain and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes in the dashboard or through the API, and they arrive connected and already warming, usually within hours, with warmup included. Campaigns start sending from them once the warmup hold ends, after 14 days by default. Bought domains and mailboxes are billed apart from your plan: the quote shows what you pay now and every month before you buy, and a domain's yearly renewal follows the registrar's price on the day. For mailboxes you bring yourself, an optional warmup pool is coming soon as a paid option, priced at launch; emails from the pool will not count as sends. Until the pool opens, warmup emails you send yourself through Swarmhit count as sends. LinkedIn senders already get managed warmup.

A LinkedIn account connected to your workspace and active during the month. Each sender gets a dedicated proxy, warmup and its own safe limits. A paused sender stops being billed from the next billing period.

No. You pay for each sender you connect, starting from one, and you can add or remove senders one at a time. The bands only set the rate: the first 50 senders are billed $16.90 each per month, the next 100 $14.90 each, and so on. They are not packs you have to buy.

Each band is billed at its own rate. With 150 senders, the first 50 are billed $16.90 each and the next 100 are billed $14.90 each, so each additional sender costs less as the fleet grows, down to $6.90 between 1,501 and 2,500 senders. Above 2,500 senders, pricing is scoped with sales.

No. LinkedIn and cold email are priced separately. LinkedIn is billed per connected sender, from $16.90 a month. Cold email is billed by monthly sends, from $59 a month for 50,000 with unlimited mailboxes. Take one channel or both.
