Terms of Service

Last updated May 1, 2026. By using Swarmhit you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Swarmhit is a software service that helps you run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns. We provide the sender infrastructure, automation, AI personalization, and reporting. You provide the prospects, content, and oversight.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, including the actions of users you invite. Keep credentials safe and notify us at support@swarmhit.com of any suspected compromise.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use Swarmhit to:

  • Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or discriminatory messages.
  • Impersonate another person or business or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Scrape, resell, or sublicense Swarmhit’s data, software, or AI outputs.
  • Circumvent the safety limits we apply to LinkedIn sending or attempt to reverse-engineer our anti-detection systems.
  • Send messages to prospects in jurisdictions where you lack a lawful basis (for example, B2C contacts under GDPR or CASL without consent).

We may suspend or terminate any workspace that breaches these rules.

4. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

Swarmhit interacts with LinkedIn and other platforms on your behalf. Those platforms have their own terms, and you remain responsible for following them. We engineer for safety, but we do not guarantee that an account will never be restricted.

5. Fees

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually on the date of first charge. Promotional discounts apply for the period stated. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time on monthly plans.

6. Customer data

You own your customer content. You grant Swarmhit a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and process that content strictly to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.

7. AI output

Swarmhit uses large language models to draft personalized openers and reply suggestions. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before it is sent to a prospect.

8. Service level

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the core sending and inbox services. Enterprise plans include a written SLA with credits. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

9. Warranties

Swarmhit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not promise specific reply rates, meeting volumes, or revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swarmhit’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You can cancel any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination, we will provide a 14-day window to export your data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to file elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Swarmhit after that date counts as acceptance.
