Unipile pricing in 2026 starts at €49 or $55 a month, which covers up to 10 connected accounts. Once you pass 10 accounts, every account, the first 10 included, is billed at a per-account rate that falls with volume: €5.00 or $5.50 between 11 and 50 accounts, down to €3.00 or $3.50 above 5,000. There is no per-message or per-request fee, every channel costs the same, and billing is post-paid on the peak number of accounts connected at the same time in each 30-day period. A 7-day trial needs no credit card.
This guide is for the developer or founder who needs the real monthly bill at a given account count, not the headline price. It works through Unipile's rule for counting accounts, the cost at 10, 50, 200 and 1,000 accounts, the band edges where the bill moves in an unexpected direction, and what the price leaves for you to build. All rates were read from the calculator on Unipile's pricing page on 8 October 2026, in both currencies, and the totals below are computed from them, before VAT.
How does Unipile pricing work in 2026?

Unipile sells one product, its unified API, on one price list. You pay for connected accounts, whatever the channel: a LinkedIn profile, a WhatsApp number, an Instagram account and an email address each count as one account at the same rate. The plan has no feature tiers, so every endpoint, webhooks and the white-label hosted authentication come with the first account.
The calculator on the pricing page gives these rates in October 2026:
| Connected accounts | Price in EUR | Price in USD |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 | €49 a month in total | $55 a month in total |
| 11 to 50 | €5.00 per account a month | $5.50 per account a month |
| 51 to 200 | €4.50 per account a month | $5.00 per account a month |
| 201 to 1,000 | €4.00 per account a month | $4.50 per account a month |
| 1,001 to 5,000 | €3.50 per account a month | $4.00 per account a month |
| 5,001 and above | €3.00 per account a month | $3.50 per account a month |
One detail on the same page is inconsistent. The static price list in its FAQ shows €4.00 for the 51 to 200 band, while the calculator says €4.50 and the FAQ's own worked example also bills 60 accounts at €4.50 each, so €270 a month. Two sources out of three agree on €4.50, which is the figure we use; confirm it on your first invoice if you land in that band.
Is the rate applied to every account or only to the extra ones?
To every account. Unipile's calculator prices 11 accounts as 11 × €5.00, so €55, not €49 plus one extra account, and its FAQ example bills all 60 accounts at the 51 to 200 rate. In other words, the band you reach sets the rate for the whole count. That is a volume model, not a graduated one where each band keeps its own rate, and it matters when you forecast: the bill does not grow in a straight line.
What counts as a connected account?
One linked identity is one account. Unipile spells it out on the pricing page: one LinkedIn profile, one WhatsApp number or one email address each count once. A Gmail or Outlook connection counts once for both its mailbox and its calendar. So a product that connects LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Gmail for each of its 20 users pays for 60 accounts, not 20.
Billing is post-paid. At the end of each 30-day period, Unipile invoices the peak number of accounts linked at the same time during that period. Its FAQ adds that every account appears on the dashboard whatever its status, which suggests disconnected accounts still count, so confirm with Unipile. Two consequences follow:
- Tests set the bill. Connecting a batch of accounts for an afternoon of testing raises the peak for the whole period.
- Dead accounts may still count. Delete an account as soon as it stops working. Under a peak rule, an account that stayed on the dashboard all period has already set that period's count, so the saving shows on the next invoice.
How much does Unipile cost at 10, 50, 200 and 1,000 accounts?
Applying the calculator's rule, the monthly bill before VAT looks like this:
| Connected accounts | Monthly cost in EUR | Monthly cost in USD | Effective rate per account |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | €49 | $55 | €4.90 or $5.50 |
| 25 | €125 | $137.50 | €5.00 or $5.50 |
| 50 | €250 | $275 | €5.00 or $5.50 |
| 100 | €450 | $500 | €4.50 or $5.00 |
| 200 | €900 | $1,000 | €4.50 or $5.00 |
| 500 | €2,000 | $2,250 | €4.00 or $4.50 |
| 1,000 | €4,000 | $4,500 | €4.00 or $4.50 |
| 5,000 | €17,500 | $20,000 | €3.50 or $4.00 |
Where adding accounts lowers the bill
Because Unipile's own examples bill every account at the band rate, a few edges look odd. At 50 accounts the bill is €250; at 51 accounts, all billed at €4.50, it is €229.50. In dollars, 200 accounts cost $1,000 against $904.50 for 201, and in euros 1,000 accounts cost €4,000 against €3,503.50 for 1,001. These totals are our arithmetic, not figures Unipile publishes. If your count sits just under a band edge, ask Unipile how it would bill you before you connect a few more accounts to save money: the arithmetic follows the published rule, but your invoice is what counts.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
There is a trial, not a free plan. The pricing page offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, which is enough to connect a few accounts and test the endpoints you need. After the trial, the €49 or $55 minimum applies even with fewer than 10 accounts. Unipile also mentions custom pricing beyond 5,000 accounts, through its sales team.
What does the Unipile price include, and what does it leave out?
The price covers more than a raw connector. Every plan includes:
- All endpoints and channels: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Gmail, Outlook, IMAP and both calendars, with X and Messenger announced as coming soon.
- Unlimited API usage: no fee per call, per message or per channel. The limits that apply are the providers' own, such as LinkedIn's.
- Developer tooling: real-time webhooks, white-label hosted authentication, an official SDK, an MCP server and n8n and Make integrations.
- Account protection: automatic proxies per account and a caching layer. The pre-emptive rate limiting and per-account quotas Unipile advertises are marked as coming soon on its own Account Protection page.
What the price does not include is the part your product still needs. Unipile gives you the actions, not the campaign logic around them. Its pricing page lists "Create an Outreach Sequence", but that is a guide: in Unipile's words, "You build the sequence logic on your side." The same goes for scheduling across senders, reply detection and the inbox screen your users work from. Its FAQ also states that LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram run through reverse engineering rather than official APIs, so the account risk of automation stays part of the cost, whatever the plan. Our Unipile review covers the developer experience and the limits in detail.
How does Unipile pricing compare with other LinkedIn APIs?
Unipile sits at the low end of per-account pricing among LinkedIn APIs. Its dollar bands match LinkupAPI's up to 640 accounts, where LinkupAPI switches to a $3,000 flat plan, and it stays below Edges from about 10 accounts up, as read on each vendor's pricing page:
| API | Pricing unit | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unipile | Connected account, any channel | €49 or $55 for 10, then €5.00 down to €3.00 per account | Raw actions on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and more |
| [LinkupAPI](/blog/linkupapi-review) | Connected account | $55 for up to 10, then $5.50 down to $4.50 per account up to 640, or $3,000 a month flat for unlimited accounts | Raw LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email actions |
| [Linked API](/blog/linked-api-review) | Seat, one LinkedIn account | $69 a seat a month, or $49 billed annually | LinkedIn actions run in a cloud browser |
| [Edges](/blog/edges-review) | LinkedIn identity, plus data credits | $8.79 per identity from 1 to 50 | LinkedIn actions with per-action quotas |
| Swarmhit | Connected LinkedIn sender | $16.90 per sender for senders 1 to 50, graduated down to $6.90 for senders 1,501 to 2,500 | Campaign engine, safeguards and inbox API on each sender |
The last row is a different unit of work. Unipile and LinkupAPI sell raw actions and leave pacing to your code. Edges and Linked API also enforce per-account rate limits. Swarmhit's per-sender price includes the sequencer, the throttling and 250+ safeguards in one engine. Our Swarmhit vs Unipile comparison walks through that build-versus-buy math, and the LinkedIn API pricing guide covers the wider market, including the official programs. If you are weighing a switch rather than a budget, see our Unipile alternatives.
What does Unipile cost once you build on it?
The invoice is the smaller part of the bill. A team that ships LinkedIn outreach on Unipile still writes the sequencer, the scheduling across senders, the retry logic, the reply handling and the safety rules that keep accounts out of restrictions. That is, by our estimate, two to three months of engineering, and the work continues after launch: Unipile maintains the connector, but your pacing and safety rules have to keep up with LinkedIn's detection. Our guide on how to build a LinkedIn outreach tool breaks down that work, step by step.
None of this makes Unipile expensive for what it is. For a product that needs messaging across several channels and already has the logic to drive it, €5 or less per account is a fair price. The total only climbs when the account price is mistaken for the cost of the feature.
FAQ
How much does Unipile cost per month?
Unipile costs €49 or $55 a month for up to 10 connected accounts. Above that, every account is billed at its band rate: €5.00 or $5.50 up to 50 accounts, €4.50 or $5.00 up to 200, €4.00 or $4.50 up to 1,000, €3.50 or $4.00 up to 5,000, and €3.00 or $3.50 above. So 50 accounts cost €250 a month and 200 accounts €900, before VAT, computed from the rates on Unipile's calculator in October 2026.
Does Unipile have a free trial?
Yes. Unipile offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, which is enough to connect a few accounts and test the endpoints your product needs. There is no free plan after that: the €49 or $55 monthly minimum applies even with fewer than 10 connected accounts. Billing is post-paid, so the first invoice arrives at the end of the first 30-day period, based on the peak number of accounts connected.
How does Unipile count connected accounts?
One linked identity is one account: a LinkedIn profile, a WhatsApp number or an email address each count once, and a Gmail or Outlook connection counts once for both mail and calendar. Unipile bills the peak number of accounts linked at the same time in each 30-day period, and its FAQ suggests accounts count whatever their status, so delete dead or test accounts as soon as you are done with them.
Does Unipile charge per API call or per message?
No. Unipile's pricing page lists unlimited API calls and requests on every tier, with no per-message, per-call or per-channel fee. The only limits are the providers' own, such as LinkedIn's daily and weekly caps on invitations and messages. That makes the bill predictable from the account count alone, but it also means pacing those provider limits is still your code's job when you build on the API.
Are Unipile's prices per account the same for every channel?
Yes. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and calendar accounts are all billed at the same per-account rate in the same bands. A LinkedIn profile costs the same as a WhatsApp number or a Gmail mailbox. The only bundling is that a Gmail or Outlook connection covers both email and calendar as a single account. Prices on the page exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice where it applies.
Does Unipile offer custom pricing?
Unipile publishes rates up to its top band, €3.00 or $3.50 per account above 5,000 accounts, and invites teams beyond 5,000 accounts to contact sales for custom pricing. Below that, the price list is public, with no commitment and no feature tiers. Teams under the threshold can read their band rate in the calculator on the pricing page, in euros or dollars, and multiply it by their account count.
